EVERVILLE ESTATE PTE LTD and its affiliated entities (collectively "Everville", "we", "us") are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Notice explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and your rights as a data subject. It applies to visitors of everville.estate and to individuals who contact us or register interest in our projects. 1. DATA WE COLLECT When you submit an inquiry form we collect: your full name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the nature of your investment interest. We also collect technical data automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time of visit. If you attend one of our events or meetings we may additionally collect your preferred language, nationality, and any information you choose to share. 2. LAWFUL BASIS FOR PROCESSING We process inquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest — responding to your request is a necessary step before any potential contractual relationship. Where you opt in to receive project updates, news, or marketing communications, we rely on your explicit consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to privacy@everville.estate. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal. 3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA We use your personal data to: respond to your inquiries and schedule meetings; send you project updates and investment materials where you have consented; comply with applicable law including anti-money-laundering and Know-Your-Customer obligations; improve the quality of our website and services through aggregated analytics. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. 4. DATA SHARING We share your data only with trusted partners directly involved in delivering the services you have requested: — Good Guys Group (legal structuring, PT PMA / Hak Pakai formation) — Viceroy Bali (hospitality management for Roya Dreamland owners) — Archetype Group (construction management, shared only with confirmed investors) — Cloud and infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase) who act as processors under our instruction All partners are contractually required to maintain confidentiality and process data only for the stated purpose. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area or Indonesia, we apply appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent). 5. RETENTION We retain your personal data for 24 months from the date of your last interaction with us. After this period, personal identifiers are deleted unless we are required by law to retain records for a longer period (e.g. for tax or AML compliance). Anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely. 6. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS We use strictly necessary cookies for site functionality (session management, language preference). With your consent, we deploy Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to measure site performance. These tools collect anonymised usage data and do not track you across third-party sites. You can manage your cookie choice at any time through the consent banner. 7. YOUR RIGHTS Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data (right to erasure); object to or restrict processing; receive your data in a portable format; lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (for EEA residents: your national data protection authority; for Indonesian residents: the Ministry of Communication and Digital). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. 9. CHANGES We may update this Notice from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date.
