Villa Serenity, our flagship 5-bedroom residence in Uluwatu's exclusive Balangan ridge, has reached a significant milestone: structural works are now 100% complete. The reinforced concrete frame, natural stone cladding, and roof structures were finished two weeks ahead of schedule, reflecting the quality of our construction team and the meticulous planning that preceded ground-breaking.
The project now enters its most visually dramatic phase — interior finishing and landscaping. Over the coming weeks, artisans will install hand-carved Paras Jogja stone panels in the living pavilion, lay Italian porcelain tiles across the 280-square-metre entertaining terrace, and commission the 18-metre infinity pool that will appear to float above the ocean 80 metres below.
Sustainability features are being integrated throughout. A 15kW solar array will provide approximately 60% of the villa's energy needs, complemented by a rainwater harvesting system feeding the tropical gardens. The landscape design by Bali-based studio Green Fingers uses exclusively native species, eliminating the need for irrigation after the first dry season.
Handover to the owner is projected for August 2026, with rental operations commencing in September. Pre-launch interest from luxury rental platforms has been exceptionally strong, with one major platform already offering a preferred listing placement. Investors interested in following this project's progress can access live construction cameras and weekly photo reports through their owner portal.
