Everville Estate was incorporated in Singapore in 2020, born from the conviction that Bali deserves developers who think in generations, not quarters. Through PT Wave, our Indonesian operating entity, we secured our first major project — the full redevelopment of the former Klapa Resort into Roya Dreamland, a 164-key premium golf and surf resort.

What sets us apart is vertical integration. Through our acquisition of Balicopter, we became the only real estate developer in Bali — and one of the few globally — that owns its own helicopter company. We don't just build properties; we design and certify the heliports that connect them, creating an aviation infrastructure network across the island.

Today our portfolio spans resort development, wellness concepts, infrastructure projects, and aviation services. With a team of 12 professionals across 6 nationalities and over 50 active investors from 14 countries, we are building everlasting legacies in one of the world's most dynamic markets.
