This document describes how the personal data you submit through the forms on everville.estate (the “Website”) in connection with the projects of the EVERVILLE ecosystem is processed.

By using the Website, you confirm that you have read this document.

02Legal framework

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including:

• Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL)
• the applicable regulations on electronic systems and real estate transactions

03What data we collect

Form data is used to respond to your enquiry. The Website also receives technical data needed to process requests.

Data you provide yourself:

• name, if provided
• e-mail address
• the contact method you provide
• the topic and content of your enquiry
• other information you choose to include in your message

Technical and analytics data:

• technical data needed by the host to serve and protect requests
• aggregate page views and selected conversion events without form contents — only when analytics is enabled
• URL query parameters and fragments are not sent to analytics

This form does not automatically request information from financial institutions or verification services.

We process personal data only in order to:

• respond to enquiries about projects
• provide information about the projects of the EVERVILLE ecosystem
• correspond with you about your enquiry
• track enquiries so we can respond
• measure aggregate page use and selected actions on the Website

06Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with:

• Telegram, where form submissions reach the team's shared work chat
• Vercel, which hosts the Website and may process aggregate analytics when enabled
• authorised team members responding to the enquiry
• government and regulatory authorities, where required by law
• other recipients only in connection with your enquiry or applicable requirements

Telegram and Vercel process data under their own service terms and privacy documents.

07International transfers

Telegram and Vercel may process data in other countries. The location depends on their infrastructure.

08Security

Access to the team chat and services is limited to team work accounts. Do not submit sensitive documents through the form.

• form messages are delivered to the shared Telegram work chat
• analytics events do not include names, contact details or message text

09Retention periods

Enquiries remain in the Telegram work chat for as long as needed to respond and follow up on the enquiry. The Website form does not currently use a separate lead database. No fixed retention period is set for the chat.

10Your rights

Under Indonesian law, you have the right to:

• access your data
• request correction
• request deletion
• withdraw your consent
• restrict or object to processing
• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority

11Cookies

When enabled, Website analytics uses no analytics cookies and receives aggregate page views and allowlisted conversion events. It does not send names, contact details, message text, URL query parameters or fragments. Global Privacy Control (GPC), Do Not Track (DNT) and a local analytics opt-out are honoured.

12Third-party services

Forms use Telegram to deliver messages to the team, and the Website is hosted on Vercel. Their own privacy policies apply to their services.

13Limitation of liability

No system provides absolute security. Contact us at the address below with questions about your data.

We may change this document at any time. The current version is always published on the Website.
